Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP)

The PRP series of treatments get its name from its use of platelet rich plasma which is extracted gently from a patient's own blood and collected in a sterile tube.  The sample is centrifuged to separate the plasma which contains high concentrations of platelets, stem cells, and growth factors which will help your tissue heal and grow new cells.

PRP can be used to treat thinning hair.  The plasma is full of growth factors that will help stimulate new hair growth.  The treatment consists of a series of injections directly into the scalp and results can be seen within 3 months of treatment.  A series of 3 treatments, 1 month apart yields the best results.

PRP can be used to increase sexual satisfaction in both men and women by injecting it into the genitalia.  For men, PRP increases circulation within the penis which also increases sensation, delivering erections that are firmer, larger, more frequent and longer lasting.  One treatment can last 18 months or longer. For women, PRP provides greater arousal from stimulation, ability to have a vaginal orgasm, or stronger or more frequent orgasms, and possible increased natural lubrication.  PRP vaginal injections would be amazing when used in combination with Thermi-VA (under Wellness tab).

PRP can be used in facial aesthetics. PRP can be used in combination with micro needling by using the plasma as the medium during the needling process.  This allows new collagen growth for up to eighteen months. It is also beneficial for people who complain of under eye puffiness or dark circles. PRP can also be used as an injectable into the face for those who do not wish to use synthetic fillers. Although results are not as dramatic as fillers, it is a more natural approach.
