All appointments require a credit card to be on file.

Appointments must be cancelled greater than 24 hours before your appointment to incur no fees. If you do not cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment it is a same day cancellation subject to fees.

There is a $25 charge per 30” for non-medical appointments, (e.g. if your facial was 1.5 hours, a charge of $75 will incur).

There is a $50 charge per 30” for medical appointments (e.g. if your needling or women’s wellness appt. was 1.5 hours, a charge of $150 will incur).

Reschedules for another day with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $25 or $50 per half-hour fee.

Same day cancellations will be charged $25 or $50 per half-hour.

No-shows will be charged $25 or $50 per half-hour.

For MEDICAL appointments that take 1.5 hours or longer, a deposit of $50 per half-hour will be collected at time of booking. This will be applied toward the client’s balance on day of service, or completely forfeited in the event of last-minute cancellation or no-show.

Member discounts never apply to cancellations. Cancelled/no-show appointments are charged 100% of the service.
