What Forms Do I Need To Fill Out For Weight Loss?
To be a contender for our weight loss program, you must have a BMI of at least 24.
*Medication & medical history may affect being approved as a patient*
What Are The Qualifications For Phentermine?
As long as the benefits of the program out way the risk of being overweight, you can stay on the program until your goals are met!
How Long Can I Stay On The Weight Loss Program?
All of our packages include B12 injections & some HCG injections. Although, we offer
a la carte pricing so each patient may build their own custom package!
Do I Have To Get Injections With My Package?
Each service we offer is different, therefore the qualifications for each service is different. It is best to call us at 678.224.7868 to schedule a one-on-one consultation for the service you're interested in!
What Are The Qualifications Of Other Services?
